All Phantom Security Officers are trained to recognize standards of the Security Industry. Ongoing specialist training is given on site until the Security Officer is competent to deal with specific customer needs. Training records are maintained to support qualification and competence of all staff in undertaking specific tasks required by clients.

PHANTOM SECURITY SERVICES LTD was an SIA approved contractor between 2015-2017 for the provision of door supervision services, and has opted to leave the accreditation Phantom still maintains this standard of work.
